Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. You're more then welcome to bring any questions, topics, or goals you want to discuss, However it is not required. Many clients come to coaching to gain clarity. We’ll figure it out together.
What is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Life coaching focuses on helping you gain clarity, set goals, overcome obstacles, and take actionable steps toward the life you want. Unlike therapy, it’s not about diagnosing or treating mental health conditions it’s about growth, accountability, and personal development.
How long and often are sessions?
Sessions are approximately 60 min long. Most clients meet weekly, but this can be adjusted to your needs and schedule.
What if I need to pause or reschedule?
Life happens. Flexibility and communication are always encouraged. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. This ensures your spot is available for someone else if needed. If you have purchased a package and need to pause services there is no expiration on your remaining sessions you can pick them back up when ready or needed.
Do I need to be “stuck” or have a problem to hire a coach?
Not at all! Coaching is for anyone who wants to grow, gain clarity, or accelerate personal and professional development. Even if you feel “fine,” coaching can help you reach the next level.
Am I too young, too old, or too inexperienced to benefit from coaching?
No! Coaching is for anyone ready to take intentional steps toward their goals, regardless of age or experience. If you’re motivated to grow, coaching can support you.
How soon will I see results from coaching?
Results vary depending on your goals and how much effort you put in. Some clients notice shifts immediately, while deeper growth can take a few sessions. Coaching is a partnership, and your commitment is key.
